PATHWAYS TO BRIGHTNESS
The Pathways to Brightness Program is an economic and housing stabilization program geared toward assisting women transitioning from domestic violence with obtaining services, skills, and resources that will allow them to move from victim to survivor. The Pathways to Brightness Program focuses on three areas immediate needs, transitional services, and stabilization services.
● Immediate needs services provide domestic violence response and emergency referral services to women and children in need of emergency shelter services.
●Transitional services provide transitional housing opportunities that place women and children coming out of temporary domestic violence shelters into mid-term and long-term housing.
●Stabilization services provide a continuum of care to women and children who are impacted by domestic violence. These services include ongoing case management, educational programs, life skills development, mental and physical wellness, access to essential daily needs, and referrals to help them recover and reestablish themselves.
MISSION STATEMENT
Pathways to Brightness is designed to offer supportive serves to survivors of domestic violence supportive services during their journey to re-establishing strength, self-worth, and rebuilding a healthy family structure.
