PERSONNEL & STAFF

 

Identify total staffing (total number of staff, names, job titles, full time/part time and if the position will be funded using VOCA dollars) at the facility(ies) during the contract period. You must identify whether these are existing staff or if funding will be used to hire new positions. VOCA funds will be used to cover all or a percentage of 16 total staff positions that include the following:

 

  • Executive Director, Keshee Dent, Full-time, 75%

Responsible for carrying out the overall mission and vision, and strategic plans of the organization including management of leadership staff, development of relationships with community leaderships, local businesses, and potential investors, monitoring company operations.

  • Director of Operations, Eddie Ross, Fulltime, 75%

Responsible for ensuring that the organization achieves its goals and objectives by monitoring the compliance of regulations for all departments. Works to resolve organizational issues, manages organizational budgets, and helps to carry out decisions made by the executive team. Also works with staff members to resolve issues, manages the departmental budgets, contracts, grants and carry out decisions made by the executive team.

 

  • Chief Financial Officer, Vacant/Will Hire, 75%

Will oversee the day-to-day financial functions of the program, including bookkeeping, preparation of government audits, policies, taxes, and financial planning.

 

  • Administrative Director, Shantasha Love, Full-time, 75%

Manages the daily administrative tasks and operations of the organization. 

  • Community Outreach Coordinator, Shonetta Reed, Full-time, 75%

Responsible for the developing efforts to promote community engagement of the organization, program and DV community awareness, public education, media campaigns and fundraising campaigns. Also responsible for development of the organization’s volunteer program including volunteer recruitment, screening and training and recognition. 

 

  • Community Outreach Worker, Nicole Rhodes, Fulltime, 75%

Assist COD with all aspects of community outreach and volunteer coordination in addition to keeping a database of volunteer information and skills, matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, keeping volunteers informed, and conveying the organization's purpose to the public.

 

  • Receptionist/Office Assistant, NaShayla Williams, Fulltime, 75%

Will aid the Program Director, including but limited to answering the switchboard phones and/or properly transferring referring questions, calls, filing, recordkeeping, scheduling, and forwarding issues to the appropriate department.

  • Program Director, Bran-dee Jelks, Full-time, 100%

Oversees all aspects of organizational program initiatives, from development to implementation and monitoring program goals and outcomes for success. This includes, developing and tracking the budget, advertising the program to potential participants, and developing community relationships. 

 

  • Program Manager, Vacant/Will Hire, Full-time, 100%

Responsible for the developing and carrying out to help reach program goals and outcomes and to ensure the quality of program including overall management of the program including setting the scope of work for the program, tracking program success and outcome, setting deadlines, and supervising program staff.

 

  • Program Assistant, Vacant/Will Hire, Full-time, 100%

Will provide program assistance to the Program Manager, including but not limited to managing communications between program participants and program staff, creating, and updating program schedules and assisting in the planning and development of program events.

 

  • Social Worker, Vacant/Will Hire, Full-time, 100%

Works with participants to combat the impact of domestic violence by providing crisis intervention, developing plans of actions, working with other case management staff to connect participants to resources, providing counseling and emotional support services as needed

 

  • Case Manager, Talayna Williams, Full-time, 100%

Responsible for the overall development and facilitation of participant service plans by assessing their needs, evaluating their program options, implementation of treatment plans and the referral of resource support to the participants of the program. Supervises other case management staff.

 

  • Case Coordinator, Brandee Stanberry, Full-time, 100%

Works with case manager and social work to assist to coordinate participant service needs including, but not limited to enrollment, file development, coordinating classes, and monitoring program completion progress.

 

  • Case Coordinator, Carolyn Owens, Full-time, 100% 

Works with case manager and social work to assist to coordinate participant service needs including, but not limited to enrollment, file development, coordinating classes, and monitoring program completion progress.

 

  • Professional Counselor II, Rachell Nord-Roseau, Full-time, 100%

Will provide counseling services and support to participants of the program and ensure supervision of the Department, including but not limited to staff, volunteers, and interns.

 

  • Professional Counselor I, Vacant/Will Hire, Full-time, 100%

Will provide counseling services and support to participants of the program.
